$110 service call

Sprinkler Repair

Zones that won't shut off, geysers in a green lawn, a water bill that jumped for no reason. Most repairs are diagnosed and fixed the same visit.

Chapter 01

The symptoms that mean it's time to call

A zone that won't come on, or won't shut off. A geyser, a puddle, or a brown patch sitting in an otherwise green yard. A water bill that jumped for no reason you can see from the porch. Heads spraying the driveway, the house or the sidewalk instead of the lawn. A controller that lost its schedule after a storm knocked the power out.

Any one of those is worth a call before it turns into a bigger repair or a bigger bill. Standing water on Tulsa clay in particular doesn't dry out on its own, it just sits there until something's done about it.

What a standard service call covers

Repairs are booked as a $110 Standard Service Call: a $25 trip fee plus $85 for the first 30 minutes on site and a full diagnosis. Additional time beyond that is $85 per hour in 15-minute increments, and any parts are billed at cost plus standard markup.

You approve the total before anything beyond the service call happens. Nothing gets fixed, and nothing gets billed, without you saying go first.

Chapter 03

Why there's no free repair quote

Diagnosing a broken system takes the same truck, the same licensed technician and the same time on site whether we write a quote or just make the fix. Charging a fair service call for that time is what keeps good technicians on staff and warranties actually honored, instead of racing through a free visit to get to the next one.

Most repairs are found and finished inside that first visit, heads replaced, valves and solenoids repaired, controllers and wiring traced down, pressure adjusted, all in the one trip.

Broken and clogged heads, valves, controllers and wiring

The most common calls are broken or clogged heads, valve and solenoid failures, controller and wiring problems, and pressure that's dropped off across a zone. We carry the common Hunter and Rain Bird parts on the truck, which is a big part of why most jobs close out in a single visit.

Warranty callbacks are free inside the 1-year install window and the 90-day repair window, whether we put the system in or just fixed it last season.
