What we do
Everything that moves water on your property.
Five services, one crew, one number to call: (918) 592-5555. Installs, irrigation design and drainage are estimated free on site. Repairs run through a standard service call so the diagnosis is done properly the first time.

New system installation · Free on-site estimate
Zones mapped to your lot, not a catalog layout.
A licensed technician walks the property, tests your actual water pressure and maps zones to your grass, your beds and your trees. Hunter and Rain Bird heads only, a smart controller with weather-based scheduling, trenched deep enough to survive a Tulsa freeze, and a full walkthrough before we leave. A typical residential system runs $2,500 to $5,500 depending on lot size, water pressure and zone count, and every quote is itemized before anything is dug.
We build the same systems for HOAs, offices, retail properties, landscaping companies and property managers. Commercial irrigation is estimated the same way, free and on site.
How installation worksThe rest of the walk
Repair, seasonal care, drainage and the beds sprinklers never reach.
Sprinkler repair
Heads, valves, solenoids, controllers, wiring, pressure. A $110 standard service call covers the trip and a full diagnosis, and most faults are found and fixed inside that first visit. Anything beyond the service call is priced and approved before we go further.
Winterization and spring startup
A compressed-air blow-out before the first hard freeze, then pressurization, zone testing and controller tuning once the last one passes. Available on any system in the metro, including ones we did not install. Peak season books up to three weeks out.
Yard drainage
French drains, catch basins, downspout and sump lines, channel drains and full grading correction, for the standing water that a perfectly aimed sprinkler will only ever make worse in Tulsa clay.
Irrigation design
Drip under the mulch, micro-spray in the raised beds, bubblers at the trees. Sprinklers water grass. This is everything else you planted, watered the way it actually wants to be, on a smart controller with weather-based scheduling.
Why repairs are not a free quote
Diagnosing a broken system costs the same truck either way.
The $110 standard service call covers the trip and the first thirty minutes on site, including a full diagnosis. You approve any price beyond that before we go further, and parts are billed at cost plus markup, never marked up out of sight.
