Tulsa’s irrigation specialists since 2003

Twenty-three years on the same clay, out of the same building on East 11th.

Pro Sprinkler has been putting irrigation in the ground around Tulsa since 2003. Chuck Bannister owns it, it has stayed locally owned the whole way through, and it still runs out of 10338 E 11th Street rather than a call center in another state.

In that time the crew has put around 1,400 systems in the ground, which is enough of this soil to have learned its particular argument. Tulsa clay does not drain. It holds water like a bathtub, and it freezes and thaws hard enough to find any line that was trenched shallow. Both of those facts change how a system has to be built here, and neither of them is in a manufacturer’s install guide.

So the work is not only sprinklers. It is the drainage underneath them, the drip and micro-spray in the beds the sprinklers were never meant to water, the fall blow-out before the first hard freeze and the startup once the last one passes. One crew, one number, and a system that gets handed back to you with a written cheat sheet for the controller so nobody is guessing in July.

Pro Sprinkler is licensed, bonded and insured in the State of Oklahoma. Ask and the office will email a certificate of insurance before anyone sets foot on the property. Call during office hours and a person picks up. You hear back within four business hours, twenty-four in the thick of the season.

How we work, and why

Three decisions that shape every job we take.

01

Hunter and Rain Bird, and nothing else

Both are stocked in every irrigation supply house in the country. That means any competent technician can service what we built, wherever you are and whoever you decide to call. We would rather earn the next visit than be the only wrench that fits your system.

02

A diagnosis, not a phone guess

Nobody quotes your yard from an office. A licensed technician walks the property, runs the zones and flags what is actually happening before an estimate is written. It is why installs, drainage and irrigation design are estimated free on site, and why repairs run through a paid service call instead of a rushed free look.

03

Warranties that get honored

One year on a new installation, ninety days on a repair, in writing. A callback inside that window costs nothing. Some of the systems we maintain we put in fifteen and twenty years ago, which only works if the callbacks were answered the whole time.

The part that takes time to earn

Customers who are still customers fifteen years later.

Anyone can install a system. The measure of an irrigation company is whether the phone still gets answered in year twelve, when the install is long paid for and the only thing left to sell you is a repair. Pro Sprinkler holds 4.9 stars from 210 Google reviews, and a fair number of those are from people who have been on the books for well over a decade.

Pro Sprinkler installed our irrigation system around 15 years ago, and have provided maintenance and repair services ever since, including winterization and de-winterization services. Don't hesitate to call Pro Sprinkler, they're Great. They're always on time and quickly execute the required service for a reasonable amount.
