Chapter 01
Designed on your lot, not off a rule of thumb
We start with a free on-site consult. Every zone gets mapped separately for grass, beds and trees, because a rose bed and a fescue lawn do not want water the same way and a system that treats them the same will fail one of them.
Under-pressured zones are the number one reason a lawn will not green up. We size the system to the water pressure that's actually at your house, not a standard layout pulled off a shelf, so every head on every zone gets the coverage it was designed for.

Built to survive a Tulsa winter
Lines go in at proper trench depth for Green Country freeze and thaw. A system trenched too shallow is the one that splits the first hard cold snap, and we've been called out to fix enough of those to build our own systems deeper from the start.
We run Hunter Industries and Rain Bird heads only, both stocked everywhere in Tulsa and serviceable by any irrigation technician in the country. You are never locked into calling us because of an obscure part.
Chapter 03
A smart controller and a walkthrough before we leave
Every install ships with a smart controller that adjusts to local weather instead of running on a fixed timer through a rainstorm. Before we pack up, we walk the whole system with you, zone by zone, so you know what waters what and how to adjust it yourself.
The system is mapped and labeled as we go, so when you add a bed or a tree line next year, it's an add-on for the crew that comes out, not a redesign from scratch. Every install carries a 1-year warranty in writing.
What it costs and how long it takes
Most residential systems in the Tulsa metro run $2,500 to $5,500, depending on lot size, water pressure and zone count. Every quote is free and itemized before we touch a shovel, so you know what each zone costs going in.
Most residential installs are one to two days of on-site work. Scheduling normally runs 5 to 10 business days out, and up to three weeks in peak spring season, so it pays to call early rather than the week you notice the grass going brown.
Commercial work and system changes
We also install for HOAs, offices, retail properties and landscaping companies, sized the same careful way as a residential job. Rain and freeze sensors, controller upgrades to Wi-Fi and smart models, and system expansions when you add landscaping are all part of the same install line.
If a fence crew, a fiber run or foundation work has torn through existing zones, we reroute around the damage rather than replacing more than what's actually broken.
